This signing issue can be fixed by upgrading to 2019.2.3+, or for R11, R10 and R9, by installing the Catalina Licensing Patch, which provides a correctly signed version of the licensing code. These are side effects of the same issue. The public release of macOS10.15 Catalina is set for early October and shortly after it is released, Canon should have the drivers and updated software download.
Hi mzamaites, Canon has not released driver for OS 10.15 Catalina and if you installed the Mojave version of the plug in, it may not work correctly. For example, if you have a webcam capture in one of your scenes, OBS will crash. These issues stem from a change to the way Catalina handles permissions for things such as capturing webcams and microphones. However, OBS Studio is currently not yet fully compatible with it.
